The installations are amazing! Spacious, clean, everything you need, just excellent! The beds are super confy, plenty of pillows and towels, the personal care products are amazing. Highly recommended!
BUT...we had our reservations made months ago, for a two bedroom suite. The day of our check in I get an email saying they don't have the room I reserved for!!! I called the property and was switched to two rooms, and promised no incidental fees would have to be paid to make up for this mistake. We check in, and we do get the promised rooms right next to eachother, BUT had to pay TWO incidental fees! And the girl at the front desk had no idea of what I was talking about.
