Homewood Suites by Hilton Baltimore - Arundel Mills

Our suite was perfect for 2 adults and 3 children. We loved the kitchen with stove and fridge. We also appreciated the china and silverware. The bathrooms were spacious and very clean.

Our suite was right above the pool and outdoor sitting area so there was some noise.

The location

When we got into the room my husband found a sock on the floor, an empty toilet paper roll on the floor and a couple small pieces of trash..so it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned , and I feel if I’m paying 238.00 for one night it should be clean. And we went down to the bar and grill and ordered a cheeseburger and ff and grilled cheese and ff and it took an hour to get it and there was only a couple people at the bar so it wasn’t busy..so I feel an hour was a ridiculous amount of time to wait..the menu said the grilled cheese and ff was $9 and I looked at our bill later and saw I was charged $15.

The installations are amazing! Spacious, clean, everything you need, just excellent! The beds are super confy, plenty of pillows and towels, the personal care products are amazing. Highly recommended!

BUT...we had our reservations made months ago, for a two bedroom suite. The day of our check in I get an email saying they don't have the room I reserved for!!! I called the property and was switched to two rooms, and promised no incidental fees would have to be paid to make up for this mistake. We check in, and we do get the promised rooms right next to eachother, BUT had to pay TWO incidental fees! And the girl at the front desk had no idea of what I was talking about.
