Perfect for our needs.

Great location. Easy walking distance to all that Burnaby has to offer. Close to Metrotown Station for easy travel into Downtown and Waterfront. Wonderful and attentive Hosts. It is our second stay here, and we will definitely be back again in the future.

Disappointing

Convenient for Burnaby.

We were in a downstairs room and we could hear every time any water was running in the bathroom near us. The room was ok but a little shabby.... Unfilled screw holes in wall and old pictures monts. The bathroom did not feel overly chean and the microfiber cleaning cloth in place of a hand towel wasn't great.

it’s about 10 to 12 minutes to the sky train and the shops. In the snow was tough.

Room was spacious

The comforters and bedsheets were not fresh. Especially the comforter was already used and had stains on it which made the stay very uncomfortable. Overall experience was bad.

Location was central to Metrotown and Skytrain

The smell of smoke through the house. Squeaky door for Room 9. Needs attention Chair in Room 9 is not stable. The early morning (3am-5 am) wakening from the room above...very disappointing to be disturbed so early each day.

First time In Canada, I would book again!

Clean bedroom! It was very quiet, which is a huge plus for me! Good communication with the host as well, they left detailed instructions for all guests to use and go by.

Overall I would definitely stay there again.

The location was really convenient to where I was planning to travel and was close to coffee shops and the like. I would recommend this guest house to other people.

There was a lack of coffee making facilities. However apart from that. It all worked out in the end. Thank you very much and have a good day.

Comfortable stay, a bit far from downtown

It was clean overall and with a beautiful garden. Both the front and back gardens are awesome.

Living in a house with strangers feels a bit weird. Also, sheets drying on the banister of the interior staircase was weird and gave a bit of a horror movie feeling.

Great location, beautiful house, close to public transport.

Unfortunately the one bad thing was the bed was the loudest and squeakiest bed I've ever been in. It would wake my partner up if I turned over and probably loud enough to be heard through the walls by other guests. Everything else about the place was great, this was the one downfall.

The garden is pleasant, you can have diner or breakfast on the terrasse ; it is quiet.

Two things : the bed is much too soft ; no air-conditionner, only a (big) fan : when it is hot, you bareley breath, and you cannot open the window in the morning. Also, 20 minutes walk or bus from the first commercial area
