COMPETITIVE MID-TERM PRICE. ✶Please read ✶ I'm going to be out of the country for some time and will rent out my 2-bd condo. This is a FULLY LOADED suite for a good stay.
There is 30's male who lives in the den, however, he is quiet and only uses kitchen, and the shared bathroom. The rest of the entire space for you.
This is my primary residence, and I have a lot of personal belongings here, so I'm looking for a responsible, respectful guest.
I will be very selective of my guests.
The space
It is a spacious one-bedroom condo 7 minute walk to patterson skytrain and about a 20 minute ride to downtown Vancouver.

PLEASE NOTE: I have a roommate who lives in a tiny den. He only uses the kitchen and the washroom. This means the living room, dedicated workspace, projector, and external monitor, are ENTIRELY YOURS. You have up to 85% of the entire space. Other guest is a quiet respecful asian male in his 30's and only cooks, uses the washroom, and sleeps early. He does not use the living space whatsoever.
In other spare rooms arrangements on Airbnb, you share the communal space.
In this place, the living space here is entirely yours

you may access anything that you see on the surface level. This means drawers and cabinets are off-limits, EXCEPT for the kitchen ones.
