COMPETITIVE LONG-TERM PRICE. ✶Please read ✶ I'm going to be out of the country for some time and will rent out my 1-bd condo. This is a FULLY LOADED suite for a good stay. Stays for 30 days and above are heavily discounted.
This is my primary residence, and I have a lot of personal belongings here, so I'm looking for a responsible, respectful guest. I hope to come back to my condo knowing that my personal belongings are still there and well taken care of.
I will be very selective of my guests. You will need to have a good history and rating.
It is a spacious one-bedroom condo 7 minute walk to patterson skytrain and about a 20 minute ride to downtown Vancouver.
Comes with EVERYTHING you need here to LIVE and WORK comfortably
✶ GENEROUS workspace desk with SUPER comfortable office chair, perfect for sitting long hours without discomfort
✶ 52" TV in bedroom with Netflix
✶ Projector with speakers in the living room for movies (bring your own laptop that has a HDMI connector)

✶ 150mbps internet (really fast)
✶ Large and spacious living room area with puzzle mat for stretching
✶ 2 seats by the counter of kitchen
