I love the staff at this hotel, as we have stayed there several times when visiting our granddaughter at Lander University. They are super kind and helpful and very sociable. The hotel is near Lander University and that works well for us. The breakfast is also very good. The room is clean and affordable.
We had room 112 and it is very close to the vendor and ice machine area and very loud in the morning time with all of the workmen getting ready to go to work and using the ice machine. I am a claustrophobic and do not ride elevators and this room was available, so I was happy to get it. The sheer curtain in the room had a long tear in it and should be replaced, it does not leave one with a good impression if they had never stayed there before. The one thing I have noticed when staying there before as well is that the door does not fit tightly and lots of light and noise comes into the room.

Comfort of bed, lemon water, and breakfast were excellent.
I was told that the $100 hold on my card would lifted shortly after checkout, when room had been inspected. Upon checking out, a different person told me the hold would remain for 7-10 business days.

House keeping came and woke us 9:30 came back at 10:30.. check out is 11
