It’s needing updating and they won’t give extra towels and the streaming service was crappy I could not watch a show because it kept going out and the phone in room didn’t work.

The lobby no a/c the agent didn’t know what she was doing not dressed the Baymont way. Took 45 minutes to check us in a prepaid reservation.
The room smell musty and look dirty and need of painting and renovations.
The bathroom the paints was coming off, they had plaster the walls but never painted them. The bathtub stain. The bed was comfortable.
Will never ever stay there again nor recommend should be minus star.

My sister and I got to hotel at 230am. When we started taking our belongings in, there was a huge spider and mouse/rat droppings on the floor. Needless to say, we asked for a refund and left. I tried to post pictures but for some reason it wouldn't let me.
