Nice area close to promenade, price is okay for the place. San in the front was very kind and nice 😊

Surroundings are very noisy, bed is not as comfortable, not very clean, the bathroom was not clean, the toilet flushes super loud and towels looked stained, graffiti on furniture, neighbors were extremely loud.

Location

WiFi would not work on my laptop. Many of the available TV stations were either pixelating with scrabbled sound or had no signal. I took pictures of the screens and showed them to the office clerk. A/C/heating unit did not provide the cool or heated air when turned on and adjusted. I needed to stay an additional night & I spoke with the office clerk regarding what I needed to do. Wasn’t sure whether I needed to make an additional reservation on Bookings.com or if I could just handle it through the office. He said I could just handle it through the office but I would have to come back the following morning and request the additional day. I asked what if I would be charged the same rate as my original 2 nights and he said yes. My rate was $89.99. When I came down the next morning to extend my stay the lady at the desk charged me a higher price and I told her what I had been told the day before. She said I would have to come back and talk to the man I spoke with. I went back 2 or 3 times before he came to the counter. I told him what had happened and he said the rate changes every day. I could have gone on Bookings.com and got a better rate had he not told me I would be charged the same. I let him know I was not happy about how this was handled especially since I had no TV or internet to use in my room. He half laughed and said he would give me a discount next time. What do you think the chances of that happening are? Very disappointed in my stay.

Clean sheets, comfortable bed, friendly staff.

Check in was easy. The staff was friendly. The tv had direct tv so I was able to enjoy some shows before going to sleep. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. Facilites looked well maintained and clean. I was offered a cup of coffee at check out. It was nice.

The room had a moldy wet smell. The shower curtain had pink stains (algae or bacteria) at the bottom and it smelled funky too. The A/C had the same funky smell. Like moldy or maybe it needed maintenance, new filter or a flush. Shower curtains can be washed on hot water regularly to remove the pink funky stuff. Other than that, every thing was okay. I think price per value was okay. Staff was super friendly. I’m grateful for their support and attention.

I like how the property has been modernized. Great property appeal. Very friendly staff. Good security and bright outdoor lighting.

The bathroom features were a bit old such as the shower head had hard water buildup and the towels seemed small and thin. The walls between rooms were a bit thin could hear next room’s TV

The man at the front desk was incredibly rude and disrespectful. He spoke down to me as if I was beneath him. Only after he noticed I was visibly upset did he suddenly try to change his tone and be nice—but by then, the damage was done. Our room was supposed to be non-smoking, yet it smelled heavily of smoke. There were barely any towels—just two, with none for the floor or for hand drying. The bathtub worked only as a bath, not a shower, which was extremely inconvenient. The walls had brown stains that looked disturbingly like feces. Outside, there were men hanging around in the parking lot smoking weed, and since our room already smelled bad, we tried opening the window—only to let in the smell of weed instead. I didn’t feel safe at all. On top of that, the parking area was tiny and hard to navigate. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I will not be returning.

Great location and our check-in was easy and the staff seems very kind. We had room 1 08 which was odd because it has a giant Jacuzzi in the middle of the room but that was ok we ignored it. our room smelled so strongly of cigarettes we had to keep windows open, and doors open for quite some time. Additionally, the shower did not have any shampoo in its receptacle. I have noticed on yelp reviews that this has been a common occurrence. I would recommend either removing the carpet in the room or steam cleaning it and using some kind of. Ozone smoke remover.

Room was not clean. I am not one to complain, but this room was very unsatisfactory. Hair throughout the bathroom, bed sheets were also dirty, and noise from cars in the parking lot playing loud music
