It was just a simple stay nothing out of the ordinary.

The location was good very close to 105 freeway which was easy on my commute to work in the morning. Also the cable TV was good I can always be happy watching TV on demand so you can start something from begging to end of your choosing.

I did not like that to drive in the location is a one way so when you leave you have to make a right on the mainstreet because of the island but its not that big of a deal.

Size and comfort of room and bed. Fridge worked like a champ as well as microwave. Liquor store at the end of the parking lot.. Nobody was loud or bothersome the entire 24 hours we were there. Staff is friendly and accommodating with great leniency. Had a really peaceful and enjoyable good time 😁👍

I had to reprogram TV and remote myself. Shoeet water was either scalding or freezing, no in beteeen. Ice machine was out of service

One room of ours was sadly outdated to the 79’s and had stains on the comforter. Also the ice machine didn’t work and no drain stopper.

Watch out for the staff at the reception of this hotel

Unfortunately due to a serious problem with the staff of hotel I am forced to give a very negative review for this hotel, even though the location and comfort were OK. 1. When I booked a hotel I was information that breakfest is included in the price. When we arrived the hotel staff informed that due to Covid 19 the hotel does not serve the breakfest. This surprised us because the bars and restaurants around are working normally. But Ok. Nevertheless why then did they chargeus us the full price for the stay + breakfast? 2. The second issue is more serious. During check-in they took (in the reception) a deposit of 50$ (without any receipt) from us and informed that it will be returned the next day upon check-out. The next day we checked-out early in the morning and the lady on reception informed that she has no 50$ in cash and that they will return us money via the Visa card we had made the payment for the stay. I agreed because I believed that people are keeping their promises. Unfortunately to this today (18 days) the hotel has not returned our deposit, without any explanation why. I sent 3 emails (via Booking.com) to the hotel asking them to clarify the situation but I did not receive any answer! They just ignore us. I have been booking hotels via Booking.com for many years and such a situation never happened before at any other hotel in the world. I decided to cancel my next stay at this hotel (already booked) because of this situation. All of this is the reason why I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you decide to stay in it ask a refound of your deposit immediately upon check-out.

parking area was clean pool clean room very clean just didn’t like that they had a sign that stated if you stain the towels you will not get your deposit back. I feel like they shouldn’t have white towel because people body’s are dirty from the outside and depend on the type of job you do it’s difficult not to get a towel dirty with stains

Room 210 had music and bass all night, property staff did nothing for it. Could sleep at all!! No toiletries, sheet was stained and shower dirty!

The hotel does not offer breakfast, they said that it is because of COVID. But it was one of the reasons I chose it, because it had breakfast included.
