The customer service and cancelation policies were bad will not book with Days Inn ever again

I completed the online early check in so I wouldn't have to on arrival. When I arrived I still had to do all the check in again along with giving my credit card info again for the security deposit. This was a waste of my time as that I was expecting to walk in pick up my room keys and be on my way. I also on January 1st booked 1 more nights stay for the 17th of January with the Days Inn 800 number, our plans had changed up and on the 16th of January I tried to cancel my reservation for the 17th but was told that because I din not purchase the insurance at the time of booking I could not be refunded my $145.00. That I had 24 hours from the time of booking on January 1st to cancel.

Location and employees

Online I booked and paid for a Queen bed. I stayed in 208 and it was a full size not Queen. The power outlets didn't really work. Towels had hair, not properly cleaned.

Comfortable but overall disappointing

The "Continental" breakfast that was offered was coffee and granola bars. It may have been off season at the time, but I choose the hotel specifically with an included breakfast in mind despite cheaper options available.

Outside needs attention. The walkways and doorways had active spider webs that needed to be ducked and avoided

I left more tired then when I had arrived from all the outside noise.

Well lit up at night.

You could hear every time a door was being opened or closed from other guest’s rooms. I would wake up out of my sleep scared from hearing the sounds of a door slamming during the middle of the night. I was placed right by the maintenance room so I could hear them rolling their carts at 7am both nights I stayed. Sleep wasn’t the best at this location. Room was dirty the pillows and towels had hair on them which I didn’t appreciate but I didn’t make a big deal about it with the facility. Overall I wouldn’t book at this motel again.

Never stay at a Days Inn again.

It was a joke all they had coffee granola bars and juice. When I booked the room it said we would get breakfast, not continental breakfast.

Nothing, the electrical outlets didn't work and was toldthey couldn't fix them until 3 days later. The room had a bad oder and the floors were filthy.

The room was spacious and location was good.

The lobby was stinking of urination. The table and chairs were not in shape. The attachments were all of junk. In the name of breakfast it was just coffee and protein bar. For this kind of room i was charged too high.

I do not recommend to have the Days Inn & Suites associated with the Wyndham hotel organization.

The mattress was comfortable.

From day 1, the floor was extremely dirty, even when I asked them to please mop the hardwood floor, it was not done. Thus, the bottom of my house shoes were blackened from the dirt from the hotel room floor. I had to bleach the bottom of my house shoes after my trip. In addition, they only visited the room once to empty trash and make the bed during the 4 days. When I needed an extra towel or something, I had to walk outside to the office to get it. And they didn't always have enough extra towels. The walls are so thin, you can hear the neighbor sneeze. The front door to room number 121 can use a "seal" because the light and noise from outside easily come through. Sleepless nights.

Amazing stay.

It was a great visit. Great location close to shops and amenities. Stayed for two nights and will stay again in the future. The breakfast is somewhat disappointing but overall, I enjoyed my stay.
