First pool not working😟 And I called before going to ask about pool, was told it was up and running. My double lock on door was broken, my floor was soaking wet, which I went to front desk about, because I have a 4 month old and the thought of mold..She did offer change room , but it was more of an inconvenience, fridge didn’t work in room. Kids were running an playing in hallway very loud. The price you pay is not equal to the quality… Air conditioner stayed on but temperature never changed. Very disappointing Well not return

Breakfast was adequate. The eggs and sausage were cold. Love that there was decaf coffee.

KNOBS AND DIALS MISSING FROM JACUZZI TUB! So obviously tub would not work. SMOKE DETECTOR HANGING BY WIRES FROM THE CEILING!! White stains all over the bathroom door which could be removed by cleaning. No kickplate under the kitchen cabinets. No utensils or plates in the kitchen area.

The room was nice and spacious.

The staff was rude. The receptionist at check in was very rude and gave racists as if i did some thing to him by walking in. The breakfast was cheap and untasteful. The plates and bowls , cereal etc were knock off so they were sticking together and the cereal was stale w the incorrect labels on them . The pool was NOT working even though they stated it was . Which was the whole reason my kids wanted a hotel then to be treated badly with an attitude is unfair .

Beds and shower were good. Otherwise, a very disappointing place. Advertised pool, exercise room, ice machine all out of order. No decaf coffee offered, and no instructions for the television. Key card for room worked and then did not. We laughed at the card giving purchase prices for towels, etc. which were not better than typically found in any motel.

The entire motel seemed to be someone's dream that gave out about halfway to completion. Obviously, we will not return.

Parts of the hotel are a bit shopworn but the facility is under restoration. The ice machine was broken and there was no hair dryer in the room. We requested fresh towels after two days but did not receive them.

as soon as i walk out side no wifi, the pool has thick white clouds in it, id be scared to get something if i got in.

the size of the room and the price

We enjoyed the ease of checking in. The layout is very organized, and the breakfast was delicious. There were some nearby shopping centers which was essential for our travels and the selection of restaurants made choosing one a challenge. Very restful sleep and the next day, check out was quick and easy access to the highway.

Waffles were good. Juice was good. Coffee was good.

Eggs and sausage were rather cold. Could not get to the bottom to get warm items without everything tearing apart. Syrup was empty. There was no regular creamer available, only French vanilla. No knives were available when we were there. There was no peanut butter for the toast.

I liked and loved the greeting upon arrival, the advance noting the need for a room on the first floor, and the fact that there is an elevator to use for the upper floors if needed, the suite style sized rooms and the refrigerator and the microwave, big sized TV's, office use of the computer, laundry, free breakfast, exercise equipment, free parking and the ability to purchase late night snacks, beverages and microwaveable dinners. I loved the atmosphere. I had that comfortable feeling. The price was off the hook.

I honestly have no comment here. I liked everything. Even if I didn't use everything, just knowing the benefit or options were there was happy to me and so close to home.

Looks nothing like the Country Inn & Suites in my hometown or other ones we've stayed at. It isn't pleasant to look at and it is shoved in behind a group of restaurants at the end of a dead end road. The area is dark, the building is dark looking, it is somewhat dark inside. It rained and the entrance road was like a lake to get through with no drainage. We were given a handicap accessible room, I don't know why as it wasn't needed, and while it served its purpose, the shower was a little inconvenient to use as I had to hunch down to use the shower head.

Location was good

Really needs to be updated, the carpet needs vacuumed and cleaned. The room was okay, there was a bug that crawled out from the pillows…the front desk said “aw it’s an ant” Very surprised this property is a Radisson.

Staff was very helpful.

Heavy rain preceded our stay and the roadway leading into the parking lot had 5-6 inches of water in one section

The bare necessities, the tv, microwave, and a bed.

I didn't like that the walls were paper thin. You can hear everything from your neighbors to everyone outside. I didn't like how low the shower head was, if you're taller than 5 feet, you would have to crunch to use the shower head without taking it off the holder. When taking a shower,the bathroom floor was flooded. Even with the shower curtains drawn. It would have been nice if they had liquid soap, or at the very least a bar soap holder. It also would be nice if they have a hot tub, or have the pool heated. It would also be nice if you extend the hours of the pool past 9pm. It would be nice to extend the breakfast to 11am.

Soft sheets, hot water

First room smelled of bed beg spray so bad I asked for a different room. There was stains on ceiling with brown stuff all over the closet in room, movie program said it had HBO, Cinemax, remote said Netflix. It only had regular tv channels. Holes under sink was disgusting, vent over toilet had all kinds of disgusting stuff inside. Very disappointed. I showed up 90 min before check in and I was told it would be an extra $30 to check in. Room was ready with two cars outside so I left and came back later. Manager said since it was 10 min till 3 he would let me check in and not charge me. Huge potholes in driveway of hotel. Go slow! Weeds everywhere. Never again!!!

We were told the pool was open when booking. When we got there, we were told the pool was closed for maintenance. We also woke up and when down for breakfast at 8am to find there were only 6 biscuits (no eggs, sausage, bacon etc) we paid for a hot breakfast to eat bagels.
