Good

The room was plain. It appears that they may be in the process of remodeling but our room was plain and/or basic. No pictures on the wall, the bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed it would swing open, no mirror outside of the bathroom and no overhead lighting in the bedroom area.

Hotel is nice but you can hear everything above you from shower to flushing. Def needs work on the landscaping. Weeds are out of control and need some refreshing. Some color would help. But staff is very friendly and willing to help.

I was there just for the weekend. Overall really nice hotel. Quiet and chill until around 9pm to midnight. People checking in doors slamming a lot. The pool was cold not heated at all. Which was one of our main reasons for the get away with our kids. But I would stay here again.

It was ok, nothing great but ok. Staff were excellent. It needs a little refresh. Rooms seemed tired. First time I ever stayed in a hotel and there was not toilet paper holder in bathroom. Thought that to be rather odd. I've stayed in a lot of Country Inn & Suites around the USA, but I don't think I'd stay in this one again.

Love this place!

Motel was OK, but very bare-bones and not very comfortable. Pillows not great, loud a/c, squeaky bathroom door, etc.

Property was hard to find. then it didn't look like it was in good shape. elevator was loud and a little bumpy going up or down. Nobody at the front desk most of the times i came in and out of the building. I wanted to ask a question about my stay since i had to leaver early on Friday 9/5 versus on Sat. 9/6 but nobody was available to talk to .

The room was nice an clean breakfast was ok locale was alright staff was really nice. Couldn't use the pool was not

Parking

The property was nice clean, when I checked in they asked if I wanted house keeping , I said yes, but didn’t happen we had to go asked for fresh towels.

My room was comfortable however it was noisy because when my neighbors are running the shower or using the bathroom I can hear the all the pipes working and the flow of water. Also from the bathroom I can hear clearly the conversation from my neighbors room. It was not pleasant waking up to the flow of water or machinery for the vent working. The breakfasts was cold and bland.

The hotel was clean and friendly. The room was also clean, unfortunately the window curtains let in an excessive amount of light from outside, making it hard sleep. The sink drain was plugged and there was limited availability to hang clothes, no closets.

Stayed here for a softball tournament. Many of the hotels were booked. This is a nice hidden gem,the area might throw you off but it has all the amenities indoor pool, breakfast and local restaurants within walking distance. The room was updated and comfortable. The price,especially with all the events going on, was very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.

Always very clean

Walking in the garbage in the lobby was overflowing. The halls smelled musty and there was a soiled towel. Our bathroom door knob was broken. Bed was too soft. Shower had good pressure and coffee was good. Breakfast was average.

Pool broken, exercise room broken ,room smell like cigarettes, checked out 1 day early ,costomer service not the greatest would like some sort of discount

Exciting

We have stayed here multiple times for a music festival. There is a mildew smell at one end of the building that has been there since the first time we stayed. Could put a drink on the night stand because ants were on it within a few minutes. The shower control handle was completely messed up and loose making it difficult to adjust water temperature. The door handle for the room had a random screw put in held together with electrical tape. We have brought more friends with us each year and we all stay here. We won't be back. The staff, especially the cleaning staff were very nice. I rarely do reviews but other people need to know.

Stayed at several Country Inn and Suites over the years. This was not up to par with what we're used to. The room had hardly any furniture. The walls were bare. The lighting was overhead and cold. There was nothing welcoming or warm about the place. The folks hanging around the parking lot at night did not leave a secure feeling. I waited 15 min. at the front desk to check out and no one ever came. The kitchen staff was running around trying to find some one. I finally had to leave the key and call the hotel later to make sure they have me checked out in time. It was one of the worst experiences I've had in a hotel, especially one from a brand that historically was very nice. Needless to say we won't be coming back.

Very outdated and not all that clean. Definitely needs some renovations.

Property was easy to find. Many places to eat within walking distance. Parking for my car and trailer. Room was huge. Was clean. Front desk gentleman already had my extra pillows in the room , as requested. Great job at being attentive. I have never had that happen before I arrived. Thank you. Air conditioner worked great. I had a great stay. Would stay here again.

Nice room! Comfortable and safe. Room was huge and affordable. We enjoyed our stay!

Huge water damage, half my rooms carpet was wet You can see the water damage in the ceiling when you walk in the front entrance

There was a giant hole in the ceiling across from our room door and my husband being a contractor noticed black mold exposed from the exposed rafters

Staff was wonderful and the room was clean

For whatever reason you have charged me a second $50 for what you call as "incidentals", will be following up with the location and understand why.

I like the hotel was very quiet and clean. It was a very nice place. I loved my stay while I was there.

Great place

The air conditioning unit was too loud and the living space could have been updated as it looked old.
