Comfortable beds and quiet in the evening.

Anti slip mat in bathtub. Room was kind of dark but clean The snacks offered/advertised werd barely available when we arrived.

Breakfast was not served -there was some bottled water and Oreo cookies

Our room was a complete disappointment-the room was small, it smelled musty, rooms desperately need an upgrade-the shower was very small the very small refrigerator was rusty-I did explain the next morning about the smell -he said we probably weren’t used to the air freshener with the evergreen smell-we didn’t see any air fresheners and the room didn’t spell evergreen-the bed and pillows were hard to sleep O’Neill not recommended

The location, towels, bed was comfortable.

Saw the staff at check in and then never again! Rang the bell no response. Room smelled, chairs dirty, fridge froze everything. Soap too small- not enough decaf coffee- hence no one at front desk to get more!

Huge room! Staff was helpful. Very quiet despite being close to highway.

The location was great. At first thought the bed was going to be uncomfortable but it turned out to be good.

Overpriced for the old hotel room. No elevator so had to carry my bike and everything up to flights of stairs.

Location is easy to get to from I-5. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly.

Location

Rooms were very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I mean, so comfortable I stayed a second night. No breakfast, but I really can't remember if there was supposed to be one anyway. There's a diner and fast food across the street. I will stay there again and I would recommend this hotel. Very quiet rooms

Really, it was a good stay. The only things I have bad to say are, I wish there was an outlet closer to the bed, in my room it was about six feet... not horrible. Soda machines were out of order.

The room, it felt like it was falling apart every door knob turn or shower taken.

Clean carpets, relatively fresh wall paint.

Dead stink bug on window sill. Grimy vertical vanes on window shade. Of which four vanes were broken off and missing. With missing vertical vanes no privacy. Went to lobby office to ask for a sheet or something to hang from valance to cover the window for the night. Was given a blanket from Manager in the lobby and I took it to our room, stood on a chair to tie the 2 blanket corners to the valance as a drape. In lobby Manager did say one word, "sorry". I untied the blanket in the morning, lest I get some charge for alteration or something. 2nd thing, cube refrigerator on floor with microwave on top.(?) I would have to get on my knees to use refrigerator or microwave. A little 3rd world. 3rd thing, Exhaust fan BLEW air INTO shower room, didn't exhaust steam out..... BLEW steam into vanity room and bedroom. Installed backwards (???????) 4th thing, no manager at checkout, DROP KEYCARD IN BOX, didn't like that. Other than mentioned above, was a great stay!

Room 208 had a cozy, soft bed and the shower was clean - no hairs, no orange stains. I arrived early, the host let me check-in so I took a brief nap before attending a local event.

Room 207, possibly empty, had an alarm go off at 6:30 am. An hour later it was still beeping.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The room had everything that we needed and even included toothbrushes and toothpaste in case we forgot ours! The hotel lobby has complimentary bottled water, which is another nice touch.

Room smelled really bad. Unidentifiable odor. Room was filthy. Stains on walls and carpet. Seriously considered leaving, but we were too tired and had an early flight to catch

Everything was updated and clean! We loved the size of the family style room.

Lock on bathroom door would be a nice feature. Not many options for vending machines. Kids were disappointed.

Budget hotel at five-star hotel prices.

The massager of the Inn went out of his way to make us feel very welcome and comfortable. He spoiled us with a treat in our room upon our arrival of cold drinks and chocolates. The room was beautiful, and the amenities were awesome. Bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was quiet. We will definitely book with this Inn again when traveling through to Washington.

The price was a little more than we are used to paying for this type of room, but the remodel was very nice there.

Property is under new ownership and the new guys are delightful. We talked to them a bit and they are investing in remodel and upgrades. It was EXTREMELY clean (I love the smell of disinfectant when I enter a hotel room). Ordinary furnishings but nice mattresses even the artwork was tasteful. I wish we had skipped the camping and just stayed here for our Mt St Helen’s excursion. Highly recommend!

Easy location to town. Spacious room.

The manager was not very cordial for a small town hotel. There were only two cars in the parking lot and he made me go back out and get the lic. plate # for my car…really. Two people staying in hotel and her put us in rooms right next to each other?

Very clean, comfortable, and a responsive staff. We would stay here again!

Very well located for Mt St Helens exploration. Very comfortably sized room, stocked with unexpected extras.
