Friendly staff, clean & spacious rooms. Very quiet and a ton of parking.
I asked to add another night and the owner charged me 3X the original booking price. I was literally the only guest. I can see why… front desk guy was kind and attentive though. Bath water was orange/yellow, pipes need an upgrade. Facilities in general need to be worked on. No amenities whatsoever, not even an ice maker or vending machine.

They don't take out the trash, they don't change the towels, they don't clean the snow on the sidewalk, the pool was very cold, the door opening cards stopped working
