Visit here for the holidays so the little ones can enjoy the indoor water park, the waterpark only opened on Christmas and the only thing that was opened was the lazy river, they had signs up for breakfast and we got downstairs and wasn’t no breakfast the section was closed lights out, chairs still on the tables, also the first room they gave us had no windows, so we tried turning on the ac to cool down the room because it was hot and stuffy……did that and it was turning on the heat, it became a sauna at this point, called for maintenance to come see what’s wrong, only for him to get upstairs to say the ac don’t work in the closed in rooms so will need to turn the ac system off and keep the room door open for air 🤦🏾♀️ The elevator was out the entire time…….

We went in the fall and it was a beautiful area. The resort was nice. The room was a little outdated and old and the waterpark had some closed attractions, but the kids had fun because we were one of the very few people there and had the park to ourselves. We didn’t get to see any movies at the theater but I thought it was cool that was an option. The arcade was fun and they had a bowling alley! The breakfast buffet was great, loved the mimosas and make your omelette! There were some elevators out of order but the staff was super helpful in getting our bags to our floor. Overall a great trip for one or two nights!

Our weekend stay at split rock was wonderful. We had a newly renovated room that was very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and the bar tender at the rock bar was great! I would definitely come back and stay.

Without any notice most of the facility closed for group events , not given access to the facility due to the group event …and not even noticed us prior to the booking
