I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The waitress at the restaurant was incredibly sweet and provided excellent service. The front desk staff member was very accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had a beautiful aesthetic that made it feel welcoming and comfortable.
I was disappointed to find out after booking that parking was valet only and cost $55 per day. There was no complimentary breakfast, the room was small, and the see through shower lacked privacy. Housekeeping did not clean the room daily, and my request for extra towels and trash removal was never completed. The elevator was slow, and some areas were not wheelchair accessible, requiring me to carry my luggage up stairs. There was often only one valet attendant working, which caused long wait times not valets fault they were working non stop. The restaurant closed early, the pool hours were limited (7 AM–7 PM), and there was no jacuzzi.
