The property is located at a prime location and the front desk representative was very helpful during our check-in and patiently responded to all our queries.. The rooms were so clean and well maintained..

The staff. There was a gentleman that helps us and was incredibly friendly the whole stay. Very grateful for him going above and beyond to assist.
Unfortunately someone was smoking pot and it was coming through our ac unit. But the staff member helped with room spray and trying to find where it came from to stop it. Not the properties fault someone broke the rule.

The cost. The front desk staff were always nice
The overcrowded breakfast, no variety, no protein.
Spanish speaking staff we couldn't understand. Dirty towels, hair left in shower after cleaning. It being a "motel" not a hotel. Doors led directly outside.
