Our stay was a vacation trip with kids/ Grandkids. 3 vehicles traveling 5-6 hours one way. Staff was nice but Ms Marland was extremely helpful and sweet. The rooms were large and comfortable and clean. The ac was central air and control on the wall. It worked great. The shower always had HOT WATER. We had 5 people in our room and never had to wait on the water to get hot. Breakfast was good and the staff was always on top of everything there. The pool was an indoor and it was clean and the hot tub was nice too. The fitness center was closed due to renovations. Hotel was right off the interstate.
I have no complaints but I wished the coffee area had flavored creamer.
We were blessed because on 1st night 4 vehicles were broke into from the parking lot. Police came to assist

I appreciated how big and clean the room was and all the amenities
The whirlpool was not to my expectation. The water jets were clogged up and not working properly. That was the main reason for reserving that room and was disappointed it was not working properly
