Close to town and our wedding venue. The AC worked really well! Plenty of room for our 3 trucks to park.

Right on the water. The BBQ was perfect. It does need new burners and plates.
The staff member we met was so very nice and helpful. She was great.
The toilets were clean and the sinks and floors were in good shape.
For me it’s the cobwebs inside.
Take a swiffer duster around the edges and corners. I know it’s a rustic cottage feel but same with outside…spray it down or sweep away the big spider webs near doors and windows.

Great location, waterfront property, close to town, had a bbq and nice deck.
Could have been cleaned better, kitchen could have been better, TV didn’t work.
