Quality Inn & Suites Kingston

The location was excellent as we were staying just one night so easy to get in city quickly. Still close enough to waterfront to make a trip there. Bed comfortable. Lots of outlets. Renovations of lobby ongoing and they managed well warning us of this and the name change to Hyatt select. Chris was very helpful when we arrived. Breakfast in small area but had good selection with breakfast sandwich which we heated in microwave in room. Had fruit, cereal, eggs, coffee and yogurt

Beautiful rooms, had everything. Quiet.

Under construction so the ground floor facilities were “make do”

The whole hotel was under renovation when we arrived in early October 2026. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. Since breakfast room wasn’t ready to be used. Breakfast was placed on a table outside the ground floor elevator. Egg sausage, eggs, muffins, juice and coffee etc., brown bags were available to use to bring food back to the rooms. Staff were friendly and apologized to the inconvenience caused by the renovation.

Smooth check-in.

1. Too many rowdy undisciplined kids; 2. Would not accept my rewards card because I booked through a 3rd. party (won't be doing that again); 3. Would not provide an invoice because I booked through a 3rd party (Still waiting for a copy).
