Handy location; quiet [enough] at night; comfortable beds; clean; everything in the room works. The bedding and the towels smell fresh and clean.
No visible updates to the tired rooms and public spaces since our visit last year. Housekeeping failed to leave hand soap and cups in the room. The shampoo/conditioner (combo) comes in very small packets and they supply only two.

We chose Hotel Mira Vista as our first stop in San Francisco. Although my flight was delayed and my family arrived before me, communication with the hotel was very smooth and the staff were extremely accommodating.
The hotel may not be fancy, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was simple but enjoyable—especially the muffins and coffee. There’s a great Mexican restaurant nearby called Taco Tuesday, which we highly recommend. Shopping is also convenient, with Ross and other stores close by. Plus, the hotel is located near the BART station, making it easy to get around the city.
I would like to extend a special thank you to the staff for helping us with our luggage. Their thoughtful service made our stay even better. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a practical and convenient visit to San Francisco!
