Space is quiet and cozy with lots of great natural light. It contains a small kitchenette supplied with your basic cooking needs including a french press for the coffee lovers. The living room is equipped with a comfortable futon and a 48" smart TV for your viewing pleasure. Separate bedroom with a queen size bed and a spacious closet. Great for a private getaway for solo travelers or a couple.

The owners were great, Friendly and cool people. Super professional with everything from reservations to check out.
I could see a lot of little things that they did to make the cottage warm and with a personal flair. (books, pillows, art....etc...And all the little things added up to a nice stay. I was staying in a noisy hotel before while in transition after selling my home. So to find a quiet cottage with some privacy was great!! No-one above you and no shared walls. Fast Wifi and streaming on big tv. Everything is within walking or driving a few blocks, Restaurants, grocery. shops..etc. And I resonable rate for the bay area. Nice cactus and rose garden and I can see they are always working to make it even better for the future.

Great little place for extended stay. Owners are super nice. I needed to go back and forth between Berkeley and Marin so this was the perfect location.
