The comforter were not really new or thin

We love that property's close proximity to essentials and a convenience store that's open until 2AM where we can walk when my kids were craving for some ice cream. The property is large enough to accommodate a party of 6 and it's well equipped with kitchen wares as we love to prepare our own breakfast. We appreciate that they had some coffee/tea in stock for us as me and my husband are huge coffee drinkers. Bedrooms are good sized and having 2.5 bath is really helpful specially when everyone are getting ready at the same time in the morning where we don't have to wait to share bathrooms. Overall, the property is great and we would definitely come back for our future stays in Canmore.

Only downside is that the hot tub was closed for repairs and my kids were pretty much looking forward to use it. We ended up going to a fitness centre where they had a pool.

We liked the space in the unit, two floors was great. It’s quite close to town, so that was very good.

We stayed in the unit for nine nights, so we experienced a lot. The overall maintenance and cleanliness of the unit was only fair! We had a major leak in one of the showers, a clogged toilet, a plugged tub, etc. etc. We got tired of having to phone management! Floors were quite dirty, many deficiencies in the unit; lack of some supplies like hand soap, toilet paper. Bedding could be better. Some kitchen items should’ve been replaced eg. the frying pans! The pans were extremely gross and dirty! Housekeeping should know when to replace old or broken items! Be proactive. Management and housekeeping need to do a quality control check before new guests arrive! Parking was a problem! I do not like leaving negative reviews, but I had to be honest.
