Great location. Close to amenities.

Gorgeous spacious property! Outdoor pool and hot was amazing. Well kept inside and out! Thank you for providing us with a park pass as well. What a nice surprise!

We loved everything.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Quickly and patiently straightened out the mistakes I made when I booked the place. Very understanding when we had a bit of an incident. Pet friendly was a big bonus. The included Park Pass was a very thoughtful and appreciated feature. Nice floorplan worked very well for our group.

Can't say we had any complaints at all

Overall it's a nice town house at beautiful location with mountain views. House was clean and stacked with necessary kitchen utensils.

Every corner of the house (kitchen, rooms) was very congested with very little walking space around. But the biggest downside was there were NO building numbers or banners to tell you where exactly these houses are for Fenwick vacation rentals. We had a nightmare in trying to find the house at the night, took us around 1+hour to get to it after we were already in the area!!! We asked many people in vicinity if they knew the address, everybody tried to help but was not sure. I tried to call Fenwick folks but call won't get through. We were literally stranded in the middle of the night and so so tired! Finally we got down from the car and searched on foot! Then next morning started new challenge bcoz some of us had to work plus we were traveling with 4 children so requested for a late checkout, like really really requested!!! And the guy on the phone who i spoke to previous night after booking the property said he will give it a try to get us late check out and i had emphasized it needs to be atleast 2pm, to that he said he would try but the cleaners were at the house at 12. We were ok to pay extra money for late check out but they had some schedule to follow so couldn't accommodate. Well, in which world it is that big of a problem!!!!! That caused real discomfort for us all. However they let us use one of their other property sonara resort i guess to sit and use wifi, that we truly appreciate. Also parking was another nightmare, completely full around our accommodation so we had to go very far away to park and walk back. And the house did not open using the code, the front door but I remembered there was a back door entrance (from notes in email) and after searching for it in the night somehow we got lucky else we began to think we might be at the wrong house since there was no building number or any other indication of Fenwick vacation rentals, except the condo/ unit no which matched the info in the email.
