Do not believe breakfast was included or available along with any other meal. However the kitchen facilities were more than adequate for us to cook our own breakfast, lunch, etc. with groceries bought from local supermarkets. We felt very much like being at home. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Nothing to complain about with the rental itself. Need to note that the underground parking entrance is extremely narrow for large SUVs, especially if you can not fold in the vehicle's side mirrors. However, still manageable with slow, careful, straight-on maneuvering which we choose to do constantly due to the ample parking available and easy access to the 2 elevators once inside. Ceiling height of the underground parking was no issue at all.

The host was exceptional. On the day of check out since he had another guest arriving we had to vacate the unit but he helped us in giving tips as where we could go to spend the day etc.very nice host.
Bed was too soft for me. No air condition. The portable one is in living room not sure if we can move to bed room as it was connected by. Big hose and did not use it . Even though from second day we opened the windows and that helped quite a bit and is covered in the guest book (we noticed it second day only ) the lack of sleep did affect us

The property is nice but it requires security. The quiet hours are not enforced. There was noise coming from the hot tub past 10pm. I could hear someone right outside the bedroom window puking and having some sort of effects from drug use.
No security or anyone enforcing the rules. See my above comment.
