The home was in a nice location with lots of room for our family of twelve. There are two good size grocery stores close by to stock up the kitchen. Bin was very responsive to a problem we had with bees around the hot tub.

Great location for those visiting the Banff area. It's in the heart of Canmore and 20 minutes from downtown banff and 40mins to 1hr to the more popular areas like Lake Louise/Moraine. Beautiful home surrounded by the Banff mountains, and incredibly spacious. This place was a gem for our us traveling as a family/group of 9 people (including one baby). Each couple got their own bedroom, and each bedroom came with their own bathroom--seriously, a game changer. Two of the master bedrooms had their own tub, and taking a bath after a long day of being out is AMAZING.A couple of downsides that I hope the hosts take into consideration and upgrade: their kitchen/kichenware and their beds. Their kitchenware, all their pots and pans, were very old or low quality. Very difficult to cook with. Thankfully my mother in law brought some of her own pans, so we were able to get by (they drove from southern California...crazy, I know). Their stove and refrigerator also seemed old or janky. The handle for the freezer kept coming off? Secondly, I'm grateful they had large beds, but boy, they were not very comfortable unfortunately. Not the worst, but was already very challenging sleeping with a very fussy baby, so sleeping on a lumpy mattress was not optimal for a good night's rest. Given the negatives, I still enjoyed our stay, and I think it's a beautiful home and great for a large party traveling together. Amazing views, and great memories to be had.

There was lots of crumbs in all of the kitchen drawers, and random splatters of liquid around the walls of the house. The showers all had an odd smell and staining of the grout. The space was great for hosting a big group but not as clean as we would have liked it to be given the price of the unit per night. Good communication with host and well located in the city.
