About this house rental

Cozy casita totally refurbished, comfortable and urban with a perfect and equipped kitchen, a bathroom not very big but comfortable with a shower, a double room, with a lot of natural light and 100m from the Plaza de Soller and 25m from c / la Luna, where You can find shops, bars and restaurants for a perfect vacation.

It is a house has three floors, entrance hall, in the middle of the kitchen and upstairs bathroom and bedroom, and in the basement laundry.

Parking spaces available upon request at a small extra cost.

Ideal for two people.

Fantastic stay in charming Soller. The apartment is gorgeous and has everything you need. Magdalena is a very helpful host and checking in and out of the apartment was super easy. If you are looking to stay in Soller I would highly recommend Magdalenas place.

We stayed at Magdalena’s property for 5 nights over New Year, with the primary aim of hiking on the mountains surrounding Soller. The property is perfectly located on a quiet street just off of the main square. An easy walk to dinner in the town restaurants ( limited number open at this time of year) and for the New Year festivities ( great fun and very lively !) but we were also able to walk to the Port of Soller and Deia from the front door ! Fabulous. If you have a car speak to Magdalena about the private underground car park space mentioned in the particulars. It is 5 minutes walk to the house and easy with wheeled cases. The car was safe there during our stay. The house is over 4 levels including the laundry in the basement and it is all metal stairs so take slippers and strong legs ! Spotlessly clean ( and I am very picky) with lots of towels and tea towels and lovely bedding. A small selection of teas and coffees but you will need to bring / shop for everything else if you wish to self cater. We have asked Magdalena to provide instructions for the oven and heating as we struggled initially and are seasoned travellers. Magdalena was very quick to respond to any questions before and during our stay and her daughter even popped round to help us with the oven ! A very happy New Year in this pretty home !

Magdalena is very kindfull and welcoming. The house is very nice with 3 levels in thé center with a lot of equipments.
