This lovely stone house is located very close to the Sóller main square, only 5 minutes walking from the bars and restaurants. Ha been completely renovated with a very good taste and preserving all the traditional elements of the building.
The house is divided into three floors and offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dinning room, living room with sofa bed possibility and a little patio.
It offers a smart TV in the upstairs lounge, plus an additional TV on the ground floor.
The house has air conditioning.
It is ideal for hiking lovers, as it is a great spot to start any mountain route, but also for families with children.

The center of Sóller is a Low Emission Zone (LEZ). Only vehicles with a ZERO emissions environmental badge are allowed to enter and park. The apartment was extremely spacious, clean and homely within walking distance of the main square in Soller. It was the perfect place to stay and will definitely return! The host was so lovely and communication was easy, with fast replies, as well as putting us in contact with a taxi company. I would recommend and it was such good value for money!

Lovely house, great location, communicative host! We really loved our stay. The only minor thing we noticed was that the cooking utensils and dishes could occasionally be taken out and properly washed in a dishwasher by the host — not every guest is equally tidy, so we found some dishes with stains, a few kitchen cabinets smelled slightly from dishes being put back while still wet, and some unused items had gathered a bit of dust. But honestly, none of it affected our experience in any negative way!If you’re looking for a well-equipped house in a beautiful Mediterranean style, just a few steps from the historic centre but in an incredibly calm spot — this is it! Beautiful mountain views right from the front door, plus a convenient store just down the street. Highly recommend!
