Every thing was perfect

The room was updated, and the price was good. It is also in a good location with parking available and a quiet place.

The floor was a bit sticky and the whole place smelled like somebody had smoked in there before. Also the receptionist was not very helpful at 11 pm, she was speaking over the phone and took a long time to get me checked in.

Convenient, located near where we needed it. Met our expectations.

The beds were TERRIBLE,AND I TRULY MEAN TERRIBLE,I stayed with my cousin who came in town to visit her mother in law&aunt. Both of our backs were in pain,now the nite shift person at the front desk stated that it was because of the type of room that we were in which is disabled. Which is BULLSHIT!!! Me and my cousin have worked in the customer service industry for over 20 to 25yrs. And I know first hand that when u want to get a customer out of your face,u tell them anything. Now when I checked out which was today I spoke with the manager who is good for nothing all he did was tell me oooooooo im sorry no one told me anything,but I will make sure that u get your deposit back right away and that im truly truly sorry. Now what is the purpose of u being a so called manager if you aren't going to do anything to accommodate your customer and take care of issues?? SMH.......Anyways you get what u pay for,I originally had a reservation at holiday inn express,which of course is a much much better quality hotel.But I chose to stay at this BULLSHIT ASS hotel just because of the location&convience. NEVER EVER WILL U GUYS GET MY MONEY AGAIN!!!
