Clerk at front desk rude... no washcloths in room and was told there was none available... almost empty roll of toilet paper with none in the bathroom to replace it... very nice maintenance man from Jamaica came to find out why the T.V wasn't working properly... he couldn't get it fixed but he did go and get us two clean washcloths that we were lied to about none being available...had to go to front desk and speak to the rude clerk who got another roll of toilet paper for us... worse treatment from the front desk person that I have ever experienced...even a simple smile would be an improvement.

The pictures are very deceiving. I expected a cleaner and modernized hotel. People are living here and everyone looks like they're either drunk, on drugs, or there for a one night stand. Thankfully I was able to stay somewhere else and swapped with a relative for the night. I came here with my kids and they didn't like it at all. For the price I paid I should have known better. My relative did say there was no noise overnight but I would never book here again. As soon as you walk on you can smell the pet deodorizer it's just not what I expected at all. I will not be booking again.
