The staff in the lobby were very friendly, and our room was always clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious.
The rooms are a little small which is to be expected. The lobby could use a little bit more seating.

Hotel was not bad
The elevators are waaaaaaaaaay too slow and break often. I waited 10 minutes stuck on my floor on the way to checkout.

The front desk and housekeeping staff were superb--friendly, helpful, accommodating, and responsive. From the time we checked in and needed a change to our reservation, they were excellent. I would stay again for the staff experience alone.
Nothing, really. The hotel is small, but the size of the rooms are okay by NYC standards.

The localisation is great and the rooftop bar with a view on the Empire State Building is nice.
The concierge was too chatty and insisted too much to go on the Marriott’s tour. The bedroom was not well organized and small, nothing to hang the towels properly, too tight to store the luggage, the bedsheets were inappropriate and not comfortable …
