wall socket needs to repair. Some kitchen facilities are not full. Wall insulation is not good.

Nobody on ground to discuss issues with, requests made through phone calls are not responded to, Am here for 5days now, my room not being cleaned, trash not taking out, there is the need for management responding to requests made through phone calls
