2-Bed App Downtown Ottawa 36D

The apartment was clean and comfortable. However, the area was less than ideal. Parking was not on site as listed. Instead, it was across the street at the grocery store (limited hours) or half a block away at a hotel. It was easy enough to park but not as expected when the listing showed on site parking. The location was about a mile from downtown Ottawa. The apartment was right next to a community center and the walk into downtown involved passing a lot of homeless people and sadly several active drug users. This is no fault of the host but a sad thing to see and made me less than comfortable with my teenage daughters. The apartment did feel safe with a keycode for the main entrance and deadbolt key to the interior door. Noise was general city life, especially a bus stop right outside. It was quiet enough for a good night's sleep. My family had just been to Quebec City and Montreal which may have led to Ottawa being a disappointment.

Clean , fridge, microwave, hairdryer, bath & shower - 2 comfortable beds, A/C on when we arrived, coffee maker, pleasant staff & parking being offered was excellent
