The space for the price is great, it's easy to get in and use the lock code, it was all very clean, and the parking behind is very convenient.
There weren't any extra blankets, and since the back room where the futon is gets very cold in the winter, having a few extra blankets, even throw-blankets, would really help. Also, there is a fee for an early check-in that I wasn't told about it until after the cut off date for a refund if I wanted to cancel. It felt like a hidden fee and it was fairly steep. They approved my request for early check in the day after I booked but didn't mention the extra fee until the day before I checked in. I would have appreciated a heads up. I didn't mind paying it but just a heads up.

Great location to downtown. Spacious townhouse apartment, with essential kitchen utensils.
The owner was not responsive.
We spent three nights and got a few sms responses. She didn't pick up the call and did not resolve the problems during our stay.
The microwave didn't work. Likewise, the
T.v. was blank with no entertainment channels.
The middle room upstairs was extremely hot.
Overall, I got an extremely disappointing customer service.
We stayed with the fear of unknown, no one to call on if anything goes wrong , during the heavy winter nights.
I would not return again 😒.
