Room itself pretty good with the small kitchen was able to cook my breakfast and the room very clean but I had no TV and no internet when I called to let them know ,the staff came and checked couldn't get the TV working and internet she said I had to go in the hallway to get internet finally they called to offer me another room but I liked where my room was so no I didn't change but for me to accommodate the client I would of change the TV and when I came back to my room at night I was able to use internet but overall I do recommend Le Duvernay

Check in and check out was smooth and quick.
The room is spacious and comfortable with a nice kitchen area well equipped and extra towels and bedding.
The location in a bit of a walk to get to Ottawa but it was such a nice surprise to be close to a bar/restaurant area, 10 minute walk from a groceries store and with so many street art around.
We loved it and if we visit Ottawa again we would 100% stay there again!

No elevator so building is not accessible
No air conditioning in room
Bathroom sink flooded our floor
Got to hotel and had to drive across town to another facility to check in and get the key
When we called with room issues they wanted us to drive back over to them - no one came to assist
We left early
