I would stay here everytime I come to Columbus

Right downtown by all the good places to eat and drink! Bed and pillows were awesome! Slept great!

Water pressure and shower heat were ok, elevator was awful take the stairs.

The headboard had a gap so u could see the floor. It was nasty. Looked like food and Kleenex’s were wanted up.

The position, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom had great lighting, the view was cool, the room is spacious.

There were food leftovers in the fridge whe we arrived, the elevator didn't show the floor or the direction it was going while inside.

The stay was great, breakfast was great . The kids ruined it for us.

Clean, pleasing to the eye. Staff was very nice.

We ended leaving the property about 9 pm instead of staying the night. There was 2 families put on our floor that let their kids run and scream up the hall. It went on and on. I yelled at the kids, my husband yelled at the kids. The parents knew and did nothing about it. We paid for the night and couldn’t stay!

This is my second experience at this property in Downtown Columbus everything about it was very comfortable the price the atmosphere and the parking and I would definitely stay here again this is a five-star accommodation for me thank you very much.

No complaints in this area it was a safe secure building after a certain time of night. To utilize the elevator if you didn't have a key to go up you would not be able to utilize it. I think it was a well-thought-out plan for this property, and all the Investments they have made into it.

I really liked the location; near German village, and the quietness of the property. The king size bed was the most comfortable, clean, and enjoyable bed I’ve ever slept on, and I’m 76 years old!

Frustrating in emotional family crisis not needed

Was thinking of staying longer due to family member in ICU at Grant Hospital. Signed up with IGH rewards, states I have no previous stays nor points. Also first night I stayed alone. Second night my brother stayed again. I felt I got no deal on the two nights I've been here. Promotions? What advantage was booking. com? By use again? Frustrating in time of emotional stress

No deal. No rewards. Full price. Want to extend stay, but probably won't now. Family member in I.C.U. added emotional stress not appreciated. My error?

Amazing location, decent staff, barely ok rooms

The location is amazing.

The hotel rooms are always dirty in some way. This time(my third trip) there was a red stain on the ground and pencil drawing on the closet. The lights in the bathroom always take a good 5-8 seconds to turn on after you flip the switch.

The room was clean and comfortable with great bathroom facilities. The breakfast was good. Nice variety of food choices available. The staff at the front desk were efficient and very helpful when asked for recommendations for places to eat in the area.

The room was little wonky. Little things like the towel rack in the bathroom was hung crooked. The TV wasn't square with the wall hanging and furniture. The floor had a bit of a slope.

Staff was always available and helpful. Housekeeping fulfilled daily requests, as ours was an extended stay.

Parking situation, elevator is small and probably older than I would like to think, room smelled like dirty feet - assume carpet needs cleaned or replaced - had to go out and purchase room fresheners.
