Affordable, easy.

Location was good for the convention I was going to in town.

I would like the person registering my room not to say my room name out loud. I would've preferred being handed my room number written down. There were several people behind me, and I didn't feel the most comfortable. Even if guests could potentially watch and could see which room I enter, I would prefer the staff to do this. It it just a personal preference, and I still found this stay a useful one. Will gladly return, as this was a super small issue.

Staff kept blaming me for another rooms loudness, beds were rock.hard and very uncomfortable.

No warm duvets. Had summer throws on the bed and had to keep the heating on all night which wasn’t too bad but could have done with warm bedding considering the time of year. Staff were very very unwelcoming, no greetings, no smiles, simply asked for my ID and was handed my room key.

Heard people partying all night playing loud music in the parking lot until three am. This was halloween weekend and people are gonna people. You’d figure hotel staff would address it.

Could not get through to any TV channel Could not get wifi as security was limited. Why was no breakfast was available????? Why was "German" left off the title in the Village Inn on the notice at the front of the building?

My stay was decent and location convenient

The hard work housekeeping put in to make sure we were comfortable and cleaned our rooms very thoroughly. At the moment it’s in a veryconvenient spot. The owners/staff the run the hotel are very nice and accommodating

They don’t price match anymore but prices aren’t bad. Parking is a bit tough because it’s small and fills up pretty quickly. No vending machine but there’s gas stations near by and they sell sodas. In the office

The convenience of it being downtown and the amenities around such as restaurants,stores,parks and etc. You would think off first glance it may be an iffy motel but it is actually one of the nicest ones I’ve been to in Columbus if not the best one. The staff is very sweet,respectful and understanding to your needs and requests if they can help.

I always stay here when I visit Columbus. The location is excellent , the rooms are clean and comfortable and the coffee they provide is very good.

Worst hotel stay ever

Absolutely nothing the hotel stay was horrendous.

Owner was very rude. The television did not work. There was no ice bucket in the room, when I went to the front desk to get an ice bucket. He gave me a bag and told me to just put the ice in the bag. There was no coffee machine in my room. He told me coffee machines were only for non-smoking rooms when I had requested a non-smoking room. I was not put on the first floor. There are no handicap accessible rooms.

Worst place EVER. Crazy over priced & they provide ZERO service.

Honestly nothing. If I HAD to pick something, I liked that it was not super busy. As in, not a lot of people walking by my room. But that had nothing to do with the hotel offering privacy or anything. It just happened to be a night not many people were staying in the hotel.

*The room did not have about 90% of the things it said it offered online. Through their website & through the online booking sites. (Not even just things that people would normally go without or things that sometimes are just extra. It was things like, only having 1 body towel to shower. Only having 1 tp roll that was almost totally used up and not having an extra roll. Only 1 TINY bar of soap & the packaging was even open. No trashcan)... The list goes on & on. *The WiFi password didn't work, not to mention I had to call the front desk to get the WiFi password because it wasn't listed anywhere else, & they were short & rude with me when I called to ask, & the password they gave me did not work. *Dirty bedsheets, the single towel I had for my body to shower with, was stained & smelled musty. The towel for the floor was dirty, no hand towels or washcloths. *The Fridge would not get could *The door to the room wouldn't close all the way & had no latch lock to keep it from being opened from the outside or even keep it from blowing open from wind. * The staff was INCREDIBLY rude, unhelpful, actually went so far as to yelling at me for "calling the desk to many times" the following day when I went to extend my stay another night. I walked up, told them what room I was in, & he shook his head, interrupted me & said "WHY YOU CALL SO MANY TIMES LAST NIGHT!?" I said, "um...I didn't. I called 3 times throughout the WHOLE day AND night of my stay. I called to get the WiFi password once, then called later to ask if I could extend my stay through the following day, then my 3rd call was to express a concern of someone outside my door because I saw someone @ my door & since my door wouldn't shut all the way I was worried" & each of the 3 times I called, they cut me off, were rude & had a tone & attutude with me & hung up on me. Each call.

The location of this hotel can't be beat. The staff treated us well, and the room was clean. It was a very good value compared with other hotels in the area.

The biggest issue was that the bed was incredibly hard, so it was hard to get a good night's sleep. There were also loud cars and people outside throughout most of the nice.

Everything. The bed was terrible. It was a hard full size mattress on a metal bed frame that made such loud noises when turning. Pillow was tiny and flat. TV kept cutting out. There were no chairs in the room. Ceiling tiles were damaged. Lighting was horrible. Bathroom was dirty as was the shower curtain. We had no WiFi available even though they said it was available. There was supposed to be a continental breakfast but there was none. There was no office personnel available when we arrived so we had to wait and drive around until someone was there. The pictures of the rooms on the website were nothing like what we had in our room. It was just a terrible experience.

Cheap place to stay in German Village

The room was of a decent size, and I slept well. The temperature was good. The hotel is within easy walking distance of many restaurants and pubs.

The common areas were a bit dirty. Room windows were also dirty. The television didn't work.
