I enjoyed the location. There were several places to eat in walking distance to hotel. Bar Louie was delicious and convenient.

Our room's air wasn't working and after being told that they were working on it, I had to return to the front desk because it had not been fixed. They finally changed my room

The hotel is in a convenient location with ample parking. The supervisor was courteous, apologized for the experience, and tried to make things right by offering a 50% discount on our first night’s stay.

We arrived after a 15-hour drive, exhausted and ready to rest. We originally booked a King Suite, but upon arrival we were informed that pets are not allowed in King Suites. We were moved to a Double Standard Room instead. We requested a refund for the price difference between the rooms, but it was not addressed. Unfortunately, the replacement room had a broken bed frame. We immediately reported it to the front desk, but after nearly an hour no one came to fix it. When we called to follow up, the front desk repeatedly hung up before finally answering. Instead of showing empathy, the receptionist responded with, “You just checked in an hour ago, right? Maintenance is on their 30-minute break.” While still on the phone, she loudly asked her supervisor if we should just be transferred to another room. We were not asking to change rooms—we simply wanted the broken bed fixed so we could finally rest after our long drive. The supervisor sincerely apologized and promised a 50% discount on the first night’s stay, but that discount was never applied.
