Room had no window and was near an exit door that was supposed to stay locked but it was always ajar. Room door had 1” gap on bottom so could hear noise in hallway.

Good location. Nice hotel.

Bathroom had living bugs in it and water in the tub still. Also called and asked for a blanket and never received one. Room was cold.

It's okay. Staff was good.

No shower curtain when we checked in. Did not receive one until the next morning. I couldn't believe that the breakfast wasn't included. Booking.com should post that with the rates

The check-in process was straightforward, and the staff was accommodating. Regrettably, we were unable to check in early, but the staff was able to hold our baggage until the check-in time.

Two adjacent rooms were initially booked. However, due to an AC malfunction, one room was relocated to a room situated across the entire building. On our second night of a five-night stay, the hot water supply ceased functioning due to a water pump malfunction. This issue persisted throughout the day and was only resolved on the fourth day of our stay. On one occasion, an individual was observed walking through the hallways and forcefully striking doors. The sound of the impact suggested an intention to breach the rooms. The banging persisted throughout the entire hallway, occurring approximately at 2:00 AM. If I were traveling with my family or children, I would have canceled the remaining nights and sought alternative accommodations. Finally, the pool is located indoors. While this may not be a significant concern since my room was not situated near the pool, the persistent odor of chlorine permeates the hallways.
