The room had roaches they did give me a new room and apologize but then the second room the bath room was dirty because of that I did not take a bath or shower

I ordered a room with one bed cream sized and I got a room with two twin sized beds, which didn’t work well for me and my girlfriend there was garbage in multiple places in the room. The shower was freezing cold and never got warm. We tried multiple times throughout the night to get hot water and it didn’t work and I couldn’t get the climate control to work so I ended up having to just unplug it because it was way too cold.

Staff was friendly

The room door wouldn't shut well. Then to open the door u had to lift up instead of down. Fix the door. There was empty water bottles under our bed not from us. The pool hrs could be better and so could the gym hrs those should be 24 hrs. The breakfast buffet was a waste of money do not spend money on the buffet . 20 bucks I'll never get back Our light by the door didn't work as well but no big deal.

The location. If you want a pool and hot tub they have a nice one. The bar is also nice. The breakfast was adequate, but nothing special.

The room was not totally clean. It could use a good vacuum in the corners. The bathroom grout needs to be fixed and the bathroom door was very dirty on the inside. It was hard to regulate the temperature and the heating unit clicked all night.

wanted to share feedback regarding my recent stay, as the experience was extremely disappointing and not worth the cost. First, we realized shortly after checking out that a stuffed animal was accidentally left in the room. We called within a few hours of noticing, but were told housekeeping had already left for the day and that someone would return our call the following morning. No one ever called back. I followed up again the next day and was told the housekeeper would be contacted, but it has now been over 29 hours since checkout with still no update. Beyond that, the room itself was in poor condition. There was a visible hair on one of the “clean” towels, the bathtub had no plug or lever to hold water, and the water temperature was only lukewarm at best. My shower lasted barely two minutes before turning freezing cold. To make matters worse, we found a roach in the room — I have photos and video for reference. Breakfast, which we paid $20 for in advance, was equally disappointing. There was a hair on one of the paper plates, the eggs were cold, there was no coffee available, and nearly every table was dirty. When I informed both the front desk and what appeared to be the housekeeping manager about the roach, neither seemed concerned. The manager casually mentioned over her walkie-talkie that there was a “small bug” in Room 324, to which I clarified that it was, in fact, a large roach. The front desk attendant offered an awkward apology, but no real acknowledgment or follow-up. The lack of professionalism and communication — especially regarding the lost stuffed animal — has left me extremely dissatisfied and honestly disgusted with the overall experience. Even a simple phone call to let me know the item wasn’t recovered would have shown some courtesy. Instead, this lack of response speaks volumes.

The location was convenient and the price was reasonable.

Just 3 caps of coffee... I mean I was with my wife, and will be better if we can get at list 2-3 caps of coffee to each person. I thought we will have couple bottles of water in room, but no.

Clean room, seamless check-in, on-site convenience store with reasonable pricing and a friendly cashier, easy parking, easy checkout.

Guide button for TV didn't work, might just be the way it was set up. This was my only notable complaint and it was very minor in comparison to an otherwise excellent stay.

Worker walked in our room while we were sleeping! Scary!! Garbage was under the bed when we arrived. Hair was in the bathtub. Worker forgot to give us wristbands and then were told we needed them in the pool.

Location is not bad, and public area in hotel is decent, but the room is really bad.

AC is terrible, and tap water in washroom is leaking, so noisy. Not choosing this place again.

The smallest room I have ever stay at holidays inn express. Bathroom is so small that you can’t even open it fully when there is people in the bath room. You can hear clearly what people says or do outside the room. Very crowded hotel since they host event here . I won’t come back to this place

Bed was comfortable, sheets and towels were clean.

Maintenance issues: coffeemaker didn’t work and had to be replaced, room key wouldn’t work on day two, the body wash container ran out.

The room was just okay. The common areas in the hotel was appealing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice pool and jacuzzi area but pool was a bit cold.

The mold in the shower was disappointing. The dry food on the side of the nightstand was gross. There was some mold in the shower and the carpet felt a bit damp. The sheets had been washed but they had visible stains from previous use. There also was some weird bugs flying around in the room. The tv’s need to be updated. There are no apps and just more so basic channels available.

We didn’t have a chance to use but the pool area looked nice.

Our room was unavailable…we booked a double queen room and was called on our way there that our room wouldn’t be available and the best they could do was a king bed but no roll seats were available. Was a very “run down room” bathroom needs to be updated…toilet and floor was gross. The night staff was very unfriendly and rude that checked us in. Never did explain why we didn’t get the room we were supposed to have. Would not give us any price adjustment for the downgrade and inconvenience. Called and messaged next day after our stay, we left an eye mask accidentally and was hoping to get it shipped back to us but received no response.

The last day of my stay I was awaken out of my sleep because of the fire alarm which lasted about 45 minutes. The lobby and pool area was super hot mind you it was a heat wave this weekend I feel like they should have been better prepared. The staff did not explain any of the amenities of the hotel I was simply given the key and told to pay deposit , I later had to call just to ask where the ie machine was smh. Room could have been cleaner the floors felt dirty the bathroom sink was clog and the toilet took a minute to flush.
