Cute and remodeled home. There was an ant issue in the basement bathroom and hallway. We contacted the owner and he was very responsive and brought spray right away. The house upstairs was very hot took 2 days for the air to work up there and he brought fans same day within a couple hours of notifying him. Good location and nice area.
