About this apartment rental
- IN ALL THE BRIDGES OF THE YEAR, THE MINIMUM STAY IS 3 NIGHTS.
- The house is located in the center of the Benasque Valley in the beautiful village of Sahún nestled in the Posets-Maladeta Natural Park; with wonderful views.
A 5 km from the town of Benasque and 10 km from the ski resort of Cerler.
It is a duplex apartment new work.
It is distributed on two floors:
- Ground Floor: 2 bedrooms with two beds each, living room (with queen sofa bed), kitchen and bathroom.
- Floor: a wonderful loft, very nice and cozy, with bed 180x190, bathroom, dressing room and lounge area with sofas.

Central heating.
2 flat screen televisions with DVD, Internet via Wi-Fi.
- Modern rural style decoration With all amenities and very well equipped. Living room very comfortable and spacious with a large dining table and well equipped kitchen microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and all the necessary utensils. Cot.
It has all the necessary accessories for a very pleasant stay, bedding sets, towels, tablecloths, to make you feel at home.
- Parking space in the same building and storage room to store skis, poles, gloves, helmets, bicycles, etc..
- Pets are not allowed.
- For legal safety reasons, you can not use the chimney of the attic.
- Respect the rules of coexistence with neighbors.
-To make responsible use of water, electricity and
heating for the good of all and especially the Environment.
- Check-in from 16:00 h; later than 22:00, generates an additional cost of € 10 every 30 minutes. Maximum check-in 23:00 h.
Check- out from 8:30 am until 12:00 pm noon.

First of all, we loved the duplex. It was charming and exactly as advertised. We loved the mountain views while relaxing in the living area, and while laying in bed in the upstairs bedroom. We loved the town of Sahun. It is charming, quaint and beautiful. We loved the nearby towns, particularly Benasque and Eriste. Each day we did a hike of around 6-8 km and one was more spectacular than the next. There are streams, rivers and giant waterfalls everywhere. We would highly recommend this property for couples or small families.

La casa es muy bonita, está muy limpia y cómoda.
En la cocina hay de todo en cuanto a menaje.
Las camas son muy cómodas.
La buhardilla es muy acogedora y preciosa.
El lugar es espectacular y el pueblo precioso. Accesible a cualquier otro pueblo de la zona, para realizar excursiones.
La atención al llegar, muy buena , la persona que nos atendió muy amable y atenta a nuestras necesidades.
Gracias por la estancia.
