Welcome to our family home, located just outside the village offering space, calm, and proximity to shops, restaurants and other many activities offered in the village and this beautiful Louron valley (Hiking, Balnea, Ludéo, Swimming pool, Paddle, Gym, Mountain biking, Skyvall Peyragudes, Paragliding, mini golf, Lake...)
Arrival (from 4pm) and departure (10am) possible every day

Distance from the village center: 650 meters (10min max)
Distance from Skyvall: 1km (Shuttle 400 m walk from the house)
Distance from the resort of Peyragudes by car: 20 min

The house is located 600m from the center of the village and 1km from the Skyvall (aerial cableway) with a shuttle in winter 400m from the house.

The entire house is rented to travelers (Approximately 95 m²)

A 50m² living room conducive to conviviality, with an American kitchen including a central island, a long table, a large sofa, TV in front of a bay window with a view of the mountain.

The kitchen
Many equipment: Whirlpool gas hob and Electrolux hood, Siemens oven, washing machine, Siemens dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, classic coffee maker and Nespresso Pixie, Tefal raclette machine, Tefal Multi-Crepe Party, Bosch toaster, kettle, Seb casserole, numerous frying pans, pots and pans, kitchen utensils and pastries.

🛌 The bedrooms
The 3 bedrooms of 10m² each have a 140 x 190 bed with a choice of a summer or winter duvet, bedside lamps, a dressing room with shelves and hangers, and coat hooks on the walls.
Bedroom N°2 also has a 90*190 bed with a choice of Summer or Winter duvet.

Double sink bathroom with a shower and towel heater.
WC separate from the bathroom.

Outdoor terrace with views of the valley floor.

In order to prepare your stay, here is the list of what we provide and what you must wear:

- Salt, pepper, oil, vinegar (for you and travelers after you... please check that you leave them on site before your departure)
- Dishwasher tablets
- Detergent & fabric softener
- Hand washbasin
- Kitchen sponge and dishwashing liquid
- Bathroom sponge
- Trash bags
- Multi-purpose cleaner (for you and travelers after you... please check that you leave them on site before your departure)
- Disposable bed protectors
- 1 roll of toilet paper for arrival

For your part, please carry:
- TOILET PAPER for the duration of your stay (You will have a roll in the arrival kit)
- Bed linen for 2 beds 140*190 (duvet 220*240)
- Bed linen for the 1 person bed 90*190 (duvet 140* 200)
- Pillowcases 60x60 (as many as travelers)
- Towels
- Bathroom mats
- Napkins, Dish towels, Hand towels, kitchen apron according to your habits...
- Nespresso or Starbucks coffee capsules for the Pixie machine.
- Microfibers for daily maintenance and/or minimal cleaning before departure.
