L’air climatisé ne refroidissait pas et bruyant

I nearly skipped this hotel after seeing a few lower ratings, but I’m so glad I didn’t. From the moment we arrived, we were met with the most genuine and welcoming hospitality. The gentleman who assisted with check-in was exceptionally kind and patient. They even stayed past closing hours just to make sure we were settled in—something I felt a little guilty about, but they handled it with such grace and warmth that it only made the experience more special. The room itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of lovely touches: fresh flowers, a beautiful selection of fruit waiting for us, and even mints. Every detail showed real care and attention to the guest experience. I honestly can’t think of a single complaint. Have I stayed in newer or more luxurious hotels? Of course. But I’ve rarely—if ever—encountered this level of sincere kindness and personal service. We’ll gladly stop here again on our way home. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. PS: The restaurant had a lovely breakfast as well.

The rooms are dated but I didn’t consider that to be a negative
