The Heater/ Air conditioning in the room wasnt working

There was something sticky on the remote and on the floor between the beds. They charged 3 times on 3 credit cards for 2 rooms with the overcharge being to the card that was not present but was used to hold the rooms. After speaking to them they it appears they then refunded the wrong card instead of the one used to hold the rooms.
