Lovely, comfortable cabin for a quiet getaway.

Quiet, clean and cozy. The kitchen was rudimentary, but functional.

No bar soap in the shower. Description of "kitchenette" slightly misleading. Was not expecting just a hot plate. But it worked and we managed!

Wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Cute, clean & cozy cabin. Suitable amenities, basic needs met to expectation. Easy access to walking trails for dogs, easy access off highway for coming & going (but still quiet). Dog friendly with fair pet fee. Other guests were very respectful. Really enjoyed my stay, I very much hope to return one day!

Having two proper beds in the cabin was a bit squishy but that is what we had booked and not all cabins have two proper beds like the one we stayed in. So, not a fault or criticism of the operator at all, rather just for awareness for visitors, not a lot of space for having people + dogs, especially if stuck indoors for some reason (i.e. hiding from the rain).

Not accommodating

The establishment’s refusal to accommodate my request to book a safe location for my 18-year-old daughter has been a significant inconvenience. Furthermore, the hotel’s cancellation of my reservation and subsequent misrepresentation regarding the maintenance of the cabin have caused substantial distress.

Very well taken care of, spacious and not overcrowded. The staff work hard to keep the property clean. The community bbq was very much appreciated. Would definitely stay in the cabin again. Was quiet and peaceful.

My only criticism was the bed in the cabin wasn’t really comfortable.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. It was so nice to be able to pull our car up right next to our cabin. We stayed here in between a week long kayaking trip and a weeklong backpacking trip. Having the vehicle right next to our cabin made it easy to clean, dry and organize our equipment. I highly recommend staying here

Luxury in a log cabin

It was totally spotless with extremely comfortable bedding and had everything you might want: fridge/freezer, TV, sink, etc. BBQs outside. Luxury in a log cabin setting. Very friendly staff.

These cabins are just off the highway behind a bunch of industrial trucking outfits so it doesn't feel like a nature getaway. My impression was people use it as a stopover before the ferry, and it's lovely for that, but kind of wasted. In an actual park (or better yet, on a lake!) it would be magnificent. It is also a bit pricey, but on par for the region.

Cosy Cabin was the perfect place to unwind after hiking Cape Scott.

The cabin was very clean and was well stocked with anything you might need. There were extra towels, blankets and pillow, dishes, wine glasses, cutlery, a coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge and I think even a hot plate. The beds were comfortable and although the cabins are near the highway we didn’t hear any traffic at night even with the window open. The RV park was well maintained and seemed well managed. It was quiet in the evening and early morning. We enjoyed our stay!

Tiny cabins for double occupancy only and hard to locate at night.

New comfortable cabins not far from the ferry terminal.

Tiny cabin space not enough for four people. Two double beds take up most of the room. Facilities supplied for two people only eg two towels. Would be miserable if you were stuck inside in poor weather in such a small space. Hard to find in the pitch darkness after coming off the ferry in the middle of the night. Need a non slip mat in the shower over bath.

Great cabin for a stay near the ferry in Port Hardy

The cabins were set in a nice locale and were well maintained. The campground included a barbeque stove and fire pits. Inside the cabin it was well appointed with new cooking and eating utensils. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was clean with good water pressure. The cabin was very quiet inside, despite being quite close to the highway. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My friend accidentally locked his key in his room and they came very quickly to let him in. The cabin was close to town and restaurants and 5 minutes from the Bear Cove ferry terminal.

The firewood we bought from the front desk was not very good and didnt burn. We left half of it back at the front desk without using it.

Brilliant stay.

Everything. It was neat clean and tidy. Had a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle with plates cups and utensils. Laundry facilities and BBQ’s. The location was brilliant. Not 5 minutes and you’re in town. The staff were brilliant and really friendly. Great stay. Highly recommend it.

Our stay at the Port Hardy cabin was excellent. The place was well-organized, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended for a peaceful and pleasant getaway!

Very clean , cabins and furnishings in good condition. Very nice staff.

There is no continental breakfast included. Kitchenette well stocked with microwave, some pans, utensils, dishes, toaster, hotplate ,small fridge , cutlery, coffee maker provided. Outside bbq picnic tables provided. A couple of vending machines for snacks. Nice hot water for shower. Cabin was very clean.

Internet did not work. You have to drive into the small town to buy food if you want to cook on site.

It was lovely and cozy, had all the basics you need. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We loved that it was right near the estuary for nice walks with our dog
