    Pleasant stay over night at this place in a perfect location for walking through the Franch Quarter and Ruverside. Quiet and clean. Self parking a bit expensive but there are options really close by.

    Parking is very expensive The parking space is in the garage are extremely narrow, and there’s no elevator from the garage to the lobby. They conveniently forgot to tell you that when you drove your car into the garage and parked your car. There are only 2 elevators for 5 floors of 50 rooms The location is full of homeless and drunks at night which kept my family up Would never stay here again

    If it was not for the friendly security guard, this would have been the worst stay ever. When arrived at the hotel we was able to get our room at 1:30pm. But I believe they should just had us wait. The halls was filled with laundry that you could not even get your suitcases through. The covers on the bed was stained and when we ask to get them changed, there was no ETA. When I asked the front desk they spoke to me as if I was the problem and stated they cant make the housecleaning stop what they'redoing to assist in a profound manner. By 4pm the beds was still not re-made to the point I ask for the covers to do it myself. The front desk stated, aww they still haven't came. I started no and that was what I was trying to explain. They have me waiting again stating that the manager of housecleaning was going to do it. They never came. By 4:45pm I asked again for 4 sheets that they finally handed to me. I told them what was happening and another personal at the front desk made a comment stating that they should have brought their own sleeping set. Like what type of home away from home is this. Like I said before, the best part of this hotel is the Security Guard that works at night in the front. Thank you 💯

    I recently stayed at this hotel for a Juneteenth weekend while the location was great and close to everything, the photos online are definitely deceiving compared to the reality. The bed was surprisingly comfy, which was a plus after long days, but there were multiple issues: the bathroom had buildup on the shower head, the towels were so small I needed 2-3 to dry off, and maintenance had to come to my room to remove a cockroach. At 3 AM the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate, only to find out it was a false alarm that ruined everyone’s sleep. To make it worse, I was put on a floor with kids from the reunion who were slamming doors and playing around until after 1 AM, so rest was impossible. Parking is $30 a night, but SUVs have to park elsewhere which was inconvenient. Between the cleanliness issues, pest problem, noise, and 3am alarm, I wouldn’t stay here again for a trip.
