The room was a little small but that’s my fault. The security was great, after 11pm the doors lock and you have to be let in by showing your room key. Parking is crappy. There’s poles on the lines so it’s impossible to park in the spaces next to them. So in reality there’s only the middle spots available

Staff was very nice and funny. Security was a bit weird at night and a bit flirty, but housekeeping and front desk staff were the nicest most welcoming people and very accommodating.

The lobby was beautiful, but the door rooms were all kind of rotted on the bottom. And a lot of the lobby light bulbs were out. It simply needs a little more TLC.

This was a no frills hotel with excellent pricing, CLEAN. The art deco vibe and the fact that it was an old department store was really unique and cool. The front desk staff was so helpful with all our questions especially the evening/night crew, they were pleasant and happy to help with anything we needed, I really enjoyed chatting with them. Some of the interior rooms did not have exterior windows which was different and expected and it didn’t bother us at all, and actually, it kind of separates you from the outide hustle and bustle. Has a coffee shop and again the service people were so friendly. We didn't go to the restaurant but there is one available on site. For a no frills stay, budget friendly, I would recommend this place to anyone.
