I picked a non smoking room, the room smelled like weed and cigarettes. The toilet was dirty and shower was not clean

The cleaniness

I liked the atmosphere, the after dark pool, the different bars because some had live band entertainment which helped with the "nightlife vibe", and the housekeepers were very nice ladies.

I didn't like the "verbal transactions" with the Bellhops/Bell Captain desk. Some were not particularly rude but were very "rushing" and dismissive with their answers to my questions and not having very good customer service skills. And not all of them but some of the Bellhops didn't directly ask but implied that I should be "taking care of him" meaning he knows that he should be receiving a tip from me and that He doesn't have anything to do with the other guys downstairs that will be loading my car with my luggage. I just thought that was kind of pushy because for him to even say that he didn't know whether I had lost all my money or not, So he shouldn't assume and say that to the guest. Also this may be just my preference but I didn't like how the DJ at the pool party only played one type of music the whole night which to me made the whole party suck. In my opinion he needs to play a variety of genres of music to cater to the crowd that's there.

The room was spacious and the view was awesome. The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. Asked for extra towels and toilet paper and she quickly got them for us. Would definitely be coming back.

The only problem I had was that the pool closed at 6pm. The late night pool was 37 dollars to enter because of club status.
