I personally wouldn’t book this hotel again. Check in staff was rude about simple questions. Booked 2 Rooms over a month in advance , still had to wait almost two hours after checkin time to actually receive room keys . Family decided to go the hotel restaurant while we waited for the rooms to be ready , almost an hour wait to receive food. One room was as expected for a standard hotel room. The other should’ve been renovated before any customer was given a room in such a state. Chairs were peeling , walls were peeling, balcony railing was falling apart, rusty tub . And then they had checkout rules reminiscent of an Air BnB .

We paid a lot of money, but had to pay extra for parking (claimed to be included in the price - 1 free parking spot per suite) and resort fees NOT INCLUDED in the all-inclusive price.
The employees were rude, the hotel is far from casinos, stores, and restaurants, and their ¨¨¨free shuttle schedule is useless.

Hallways are dark and dingy. Carpet torn and smells like 40 years spilt drinks and dog pee. The rooms are very dated, musty odours, lumpy mattresses and kitchen has very few amenities. Glass hasn’t been cleaned in months, maybe years. Becomes very ghetto like on the weekend, with people running up and down the hallways yelling and screaming,
It’s okay during the week, things quiet down. Bring a can of Lysol, some Febreze and that powder you sprinkle on the carpet carpets to take the odour out..
