The fact that I got a room and the staff was so helpful as I made and emergency stop and they were able to accommodate me at the last minute. They were kind as I dealt with a great deal of stress.
It would have been nice to have had a microwave in the room. When I arrive it was a rain/sleet mix and I had some food but no wheels because my care had broken down and I didn't feel like walking even the short distance to nearby restaurants.

We stayed here on our last trip three years ago, so we knew what to expect. Not the classiest place in town but it is in a great location for access to the town's shops and restaurants. Also, one has quick access onto the road into Yellowstone without queueing through town. Rooms a bit dated but the bed is comfortable and the linen clean.
Rooms need an update. No coffee machine. One is supposed to get free coffee at the garage on the corner, but it only opens at 8:00 am.
