I would've liked to have had a restaurant on the location property but there were many options available in proximity

We only had trouble with booking.com. We did not know that Yellowstone closed the road during our stay. We asked to check out a day early so we could drive to Gardiner because you could still enter the park from there. Booking.com wouldn't even consider refunding one night. We were able to have the manager say that this was okay. We were very grateful to him.

The location was excellent. The facilities clean and in good shape. The space of each suite was substantial. The public spaces were comfortable for adults and the child-oriented rooms were fun for them. Excellent value.

Location and unit size
No hot water after 2 showers. Maintenance came out reset breaker and reported heater only working on 1 of 2 heating elements. Also reported this was issue but no replacement. We managed without by waiting 2 hours for hot water but not ideal.
