Nice place, fun retro vibe. Will stay here again!

The hotel has a retro vibe to it. Our check in staff was great, very friendly! Room was clean and quiet. The large hot spa was right outside our door which was very convenient. Very cute place, would stay there again!

The rooms needs a bit of maintenance. I found the beds too hard. Half hour walk to the strip.

Needs some work!

The location of the hotel is a good location low traffic flow and out of the way from the action. The pool looks nice and the hot tub, but did not use it. The sitting area in the center of the facilities is nice too.

Noise of the sirens since the hospital is nearby, parking is limited so you may have to find parking in a dark empty grass lot across the street, the wifi is horrible or nonexistent, it is not Verizon friendly, and the chairs outside need to be replaced, and there are so many things that need update. No room service.

The key card inconsistency is maddening. We won't stay there again because of that. Also, nobody watched to make sure outer doors were closed.

Enjoyed the decor, setting, pool and location. Could hear the music from the bar down the street but it was a Saturday night and it didn’t interrupt our sleep. Would stay here again. Lots of food choices on waking distance.

I like the fact there were 2 spas to enjoy and patio space to sit outside and enjoy. It was small and intimate which is great and not loud.

My roommate and I were not fond of the bathrooms. It was small and no space for our toiletries to fit. Plus the shower felt like it was something out of the cruise ships and towels were ok quality. And the water was flowing outside of the shower door and into the bathroom mat. The carpets look dated and rather be hardwood floors. The parking spaces were limited and just feel that my car could be not safe if parked along the side street.

Beautiful grounds, nice room, and well kept.

Everything about the room was very good, and the pool area and other outside areas were all excellent. There was even a fire pit outside the room, surrounded by sofas. I also liked the AC unit, which was very new and worked beautifully with a remote control. The cable TV channel lineup was incredibly full of hundreds of choices.

I didn't like the fact that the wifi was very unreliable. I also would have liked a kind of bureau in order to put objects on, as there was only the desk, which was not enough space. I would also have liked a cushioned chair and possibly a desk chair with swivel seat. In addition, it would have helped to have a couple of down pillows.

Great location and so well placed for everything

The room was very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Pool was a welcome relief when the weather got hot.

Maintenance were slow to repair our bathroom door when it came off the runner, but I think it may have been a communication error

Kind and professional staff, easy and fast checking in. Close to the main street with nice restaurants and shopping opportunities and in walking distance to the Art Museum. The room was well equipped and comfortable. The whole layout of the hotel has a very nice 70ths- Charme and was well maintained.

The fridge in the room was big, but quite loud, the bathroom was small and a bit aged....

Great place to stay

The room and bed were both very comfortable. Palm Springs is a great small city with lots to see. Two nearby spots to check out are Ernest Coffee and Sammy G's Tuscan Italian Restaurant.

The cleanliness of the property was outstanding. The staff were also outstanding, friendly, helpful and responsive!

I was in Room 222 and was traveling with others who were directly below me. Our rooms were identical. The bathroom was a difficult. The shower was outstanding, but the sink was subpar. it was just a sink with no vanity and no rim around the sink to place toiletries. I used the table in the main room, but this was less than efficient. Nowhere to place or use a blowdryer or cosmetics or toothbruch and toothpaste, etc...On the other side of the property the two rooms I had access to from others traveling with us, included full vanities in the bathroom.

Quick 1 night stop off

We checked in late and checked out early so we didn’t get to fully use the facilities like the pool areas. The room was big in size. The bed was comfortable. The extra pillows had dirty marks on them. The air con was the loudest thing I’ve heard in my life, what a racket. We checked out around 8am, reception was locked, and we couldn’t see any info on how to check out. A maintenance worker from the pool took our keys….. bizzare. Couldn’t have stayed in the room for more than 1 night with the racket of that A/C.

I've stayed here about 4 times. The rooms are hit or miss. Some smell terribly musty.

The pool area and fire pits are nice (when they decide to light them).

Snippy male, front desk clerk. The Latina lady was very nice, however. Shower caddy in the walk-in shower was full of rust. Unacceptable. Some of the rooms have had a strong, musty smell.

Amazing!!!

The front desk staff was great!!! Very friendly and even gave us an hour extra to checkout!!! The night girl told us about all of the entertainment and recommended some amazing food places!!! The hotel was great.

Perfect place to rest for a night or two.

Love the mid-century modern design. Pool, hot tubs, outdoor areas great. Went for one night to sleep after hiking San Jacinto. Location great and slept great.

Just little things like the room was roasting when we first entered. The air conditioning unit then went on to chirp like a cricket was in the room. It’d be nice if there was someplace to put toiletries in bathroom (only a pedestal sink).
