Room had springy beds, only 4 old dead pillows, no shampoo or conditioner… no internet… even wardrobe was without proper drawers.. wont stay here again.

Fridge but no microwave...?

Why does it matter? Amenities were neglected.

Front desk employee was not present upon my arrival and I had to wait about 15min until he woke up from his sleeping on the job and all while I was loudly calling out for front desk personnel to attend a customer. Assigned me incorrect room of one bed when my reservation was for 2 beds. After correcting the room assignment the room we got reeked of cigarette smoke and most of the wall outlets were blocked off you only had access to an outlet near the bathroom sink. Never book this location!

The area was close to where we needed to be. But if I could have gone somewhere else I would have. It was noisy all night long from the rooms next to us. Someone walked through the hallways that were left open to the public talking about getting shot at. The staff wasn’t friendly at all. Heating worked didn’t try the ac. For being in palm desert I hoped it would be a good experience

Clean room, easy check in.

Room smelled musty, people making noise in the halls ; front office smelled like cbd -staff did bring room freshener to our room ; even on high fan didnt blow very hard -there were small rocks in the air conditioner unit - it was quite old ; beds were not very comfortable

Our room was not clean. Human hair all over the bed and floors. Our friends staying in a different room had issues too. Would not recommend this property!

The cleanest of the room wasn’t the best, dusty floors and one with smoking odors.

Definitely a darker cell room than the bright picture. Room was clean. Bed basic. Both ice machine not producing ice. Clerk said he’d notify maintenance. TV was fine…just really high on the wall.

Sonya was amazing, made my stay welcomed especially in a new city for work. Will definitely stay here again very soon for my next work days!!!

The room is not as clean as I'd like, but very spacious. Very bare Bones but that's what you expect from Motel 6. I did expect a microwave however and there is not one in the room. There was a fabulous refrigerator freezer combo. The beds were very comfortable. I'm a staff was very gracious.

This could be the dirtiest smelliest hotel I’ve ever been to. Stayed at Motel six is across this nation and I’ve never run into one that smelled as bad or was as dirty as this one. There were little black hairs all over the bed. The air conditioning vents had mold on them, and the buttons for the air conditioner were so dirty. I wouldn’t even touch them and did I mention the room smelled horrific we ended up immediately checking out and requesting a refund because that was unacceptable conditions nobody should ever stay there ever.

Staff nice. Room could be better if not for chlorox strong cleaning smell and some flies. Walls are thin, but you get what u pay for- parking has lighting; did not feel unsafe

The staff was very helpful. They accommodated us as best as they could, and we were grateful to have the room.

Just talking about the room itself. We were traveling with young children so we were immediately disappointed when the room smelled like weed upon arrival. The smell never left during our three night stay. No comforters for the beds which was fine because it was warm enough, but the sheets were stained and we found a couple holes from what looked like cigarette burns. While the room wasn’t terribly dirty, Housekeeping seemed to have missed some personal belongings left behind by previous guests (a headband on a shelf) and some crumbs on the counter. The bathroom door looked damaged as it was falling apart from old age - looked like peeling particle board. Amenities-wise, we booked the room for four and only two towels were provided with two little bars of soap. No shampoo/lotion. Things out of control of the motel - we probably won’t choose to stay at this motel again for the reasons listed above but also because it seems there were some sketchier guests staying as well. People standing directly outside their rooms smoking cigarettes rather than stepping away from the building. There was a big police presence even during the daytime which was a little unnerving and had us wondering what was going on. I would not generally recommend this place to a young family, but for budget travel, this would be fine for adults who are looking just for a place to sleep. It is an easy drive to downtown Palm Springs and there are three nearby gas stations for convenience items.

The staff led by Aaron was the best Motel 6 experience ive ever had. He helped me get an extra night when I desperately needed it. His staff was sweet and accomodating at every turn, I would stay there again just to say hi to them.

This motel should be condemed. Everywhere I looked there was evidence of neglect. My non smoking room reeked of smoke. The room was not clean. The floor was dirty and the curtains have seen better days. When I saw white bits of material on the floor, I discovered the popcorn ceiling had been decomposing and dropping to the floorl I am sure this is a health issue. I asked for a room change and had to wait so many hours, that I just stayed there for the remaining six hours. The staff were doing the best they could, but they had nothing to work with. The pool gate was locked and the pool did not look clean, but rather cloudy. There were homeless people roaming the property at various times. I did not feel safe or secure. Why does Expedia promote this sad excuse for a motel?

Parking lot was poorly lit with broken glass, including homeless people rummaging through dumpsters outside hotel room window. Inside the hallways appear to have never been vacuumed with debris. Security latch for the my particular door was barely attached, multiple other doors in the hallway had evidence that someone had previously attempted to force their way into the room. Unfortunately on top of all this I left an item in the room (value ~$200) front desk claimed they had it in their hands and had it set aside. Came back to get it and it was nowhere to be found. Presumably stolen by an employee. I'd rather sleep in my car than step anywhere near this hotel again.
